The construction of five 270,000 cubic meters liquefied natural gas storage tanks in the second phase of the CNOOC Jinwan "Green Energy Port" project has recently been completed.

 

By SASAC, the construction of five 270,000 cubic meters liquefied natural gas storage tanks in the second phase of the CNOOC Jinwan "Green Energy Port" project has recently been completed. This project represents the world's largest single tank capacity cluster designed and built by China. The completion of this project signifies a significant milestone as it establishes the largest natural gas storage and transportation base in South China. The single tank measures 65.7 meters in height, nearly 100 meters in diameter, with a capacity of 270,000 cubic meters capable of storing up to 169 million cubic meters of natural gas.
